Directions

1. Take I-5 Exit #250

2. Head west on Fairhaven Parkway for a few miles until you reach the traffic light at 12th Street.

3. Take a right onto 12th Street.

4. Take the fourth left onto Mill Avenue (the Orca Building will be on your right at this turn)

5. South Bay Suites is at the end of of the street past a couple stop signs.

If you're facing westward towards the bay, the entrance to the suites/offices is across the alley to the right of the Village Inn and to the left of Ovn Pizza and big love juice. It’s in the same building as Ovn and BLJ.

There are big blue letters that say "ENTRANCE" over the doors and two sets of double doors to walk through. The elevator is on your right as you come in.

Suite #214 is on the second level, just right and around the corner of the elevator as you come out, beyond the clear double doors. These doors are usually locked for security so text me when you arrive and I can let you in.

The second floor is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Parking

There are a handful of paid parking spaces directly in front of the building and many more all throughout Fairhaven. Payment is required 11am-6pm, Mon-Sat at $1/hour.

There is free parking in a large gravel lot just across the street from South Bay at the corner of Mill Avenue and 11th Street. To access this lot, go north on 11th Street and turn left just before Fairhaven Bicycles, driving down into the gravel parking area.

Careful! The driveway down into the gravel lot can be bumpy.

A set of stairs goes up from this gravel lot to a sidewalk that leads right to South Bay. The gravel lot also connects to the South Bay Trail which leads right up to the South Bay Suites Building (walking south on the path).
